It is a terrible thing to have a bad chest
with pipes all clogged up and wheezing.
To lose valuable sleep, vigour and zest
unable to leave the warm feathered nest.
Wrapped up snugly, with bed socks and an extra vest
winter's upon us, fires burn brightly to keep us from freezing.
